Dubai-based investment bank, GFH Capital Limited has today signed the deal for the acquisition of Leeds United Football Club. The signing of this deal marks the start of a one-month transitional period in terms of full change in ownership and control of the club. Following Football League approval, GFH Capital Limited will be 100% shareholders.

Weds Nov. 4th, 1992. A packed Abbey Pub in Chicago watching Leeds vs Rangers. I’d lived in the States for about six months and only come across one or two other Leeds fans. But here, amidst all the Scots, there were 5 or 6 other Whites. We chatted at HT, my YEP match cuttings visually devoured. That day, what is now known as Leeds United Americas, was born. Over the past 20 years, we’ve all shared some great times and not-so-great times, many of us have made lifelong friendships and we continue to enjoy an amazing camaraderie as we keep the white flag flying high.
